How to get to VIKING
For the past years, Viking Resort has been the favorite destination of tourists and travelers from Manila, while foreigners get to know this hidden paradise through words of mouth and referrals from other friends who have stayed here already. These foreigners have found a permanent domicile in the hotel since the management and owner is also a foreigner.
For those who wish to stay and experience the Viking way of accommodating guests,
here’s how to get here:
It takes approximately two and a half (2 ½) hours to travel from Manila to Subic exiting through the North Luzon Express Way, then pass through the newly constructed SCTEx (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway) with approximately 55km from Dau to Tipo Expressway. While on the way to Subic, you can enjoy the proximity of the panoramic view- a perfect symmetry of natural wonder – the vast landscape of agricultural and mountainous area of Central Luzon.
When you reached the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, just go straight ahead from the toll to Rizal Gate exiting through the Kalaklan gate where you will see the aerial view of the placid beaches in the area.
In barangay Barretto, you will see signage of the famous Baloy long beach just 250 meters away from the National Road. In the main entrance of the Baloy long beach community, the guards are ready to give directions on how to go to Viking Resort.
